Mission

We are looking for a passionate talent to build our customer experience. The Sales Assistant (Style Maker) introduces the client to the Golden world, explaining the heritage and the values of the Brand. The Sales Assistant (Style Maker) is dedicated to crafting a complete and personalized Golden total look for the clients, capturing their dreams and reflecting their personality. This role is pivotal in achieving high levels of client satisfaction through a Golden narrative, an exceptional service and by fostering enduring relationships.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Offer a warm welcome to the clients, making everyone feel part of the Global Golden Community.
  • Assist customers in expressing their personality through their ideal dream look, playing a pivotal role in achieving the store's business objectives, customer satisfaction, and overall store success.
  • Ensure that customers are properly registered both on the Golden App for effective customer profiling and WeSmash App to access the Padel Arena services.
  • Present to the customer all the exclusive Padel Arena services and provide accurate information about accessibility and rules of all the internal areas within the Arena.
  • Actively promote and introduce co‑creation services as a key element of the consumer experience.
  • Cultivate and sustain positive customer relationships by making the clients feel relevant in the Golden Family, embracing omnichannel practices, leveraging digital tools and communication methods to ensure that customers receive updates, recommendations, and personalized offers.
  • Work closely with other professionals within a dynamic environment that includes complementary activities (such as food & beverage services, sport, events).
Brand & Product
  • Enthusiastically convey the brand’s Heritage and vision to clients, representing its values while sharing a deep passion for sports and Padel.
  • Provide comprehensive product insights for both GG and technical Padel in‑court and off‑court items, implement up‑selling and cross‑selling strategies and share the company vision with passion.
  • Actively contribute to the overall store presentation, maintaining appropriate visual display and store standards.
Operations & Compliance
  • Assist with store operational procedures, including opening/closing, back‑of‑house and inventory management, and maintaining compliance with GDPR and health & safety standards.
Key Requirements
  • Fluency in Italian and English, additional language knowledge will be considered as a plus, reflecting our commitment to a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Minimum 1‑3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail.
  • Ability to monitor, catch and understand the most relevant industry trends and good understanding of local market (online and offline).
  • Flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of the business and our customers.
  • A strong passion for sports, with a particular enthusiasm for Padel.
