Your Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the execution of commercial policies aimed at optimizing customer engagement and sales performance
  • Establish clear sales targets and rigorously monitor progress to ensure consistent achievement of goals
  • Oversee the design and management of special offers and promotional campaigns tailored to customer needs
  • Actively promote the full Schaeffler product portfolio to maximize market penetration and customer adoption
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence related to products and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions
  • Facilitate seamless collaboration with various Schaeffler departments to align efforts and enhance customer satisfaction and results
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics or equivalent qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Sales Area Manager in the Automotive sector
  • Strong negotiation skills and customer-oriented mindset with experience in customer relationship management
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, able to interact across all organizational levels
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Fluent in written and spoken English (mandatory)
  • Process oriented
  • Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel and / or Power BI
  • Knowledge of SAP systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to travel as required
