A leading engineering and manufacturing firm is seeking a sales professional to promote their product portfolio in the HVACR industry. The role involves providing technical support to clients, organizing product presentations, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Economics, extensive sales experience, and a solid network in distribution and OEM channels. This position offers commission-based compensation and kick-off support for the first 12 months.

Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell our product portfolio to distributors, aftermarket clients, and OEMs
  • Provide technical and commercial support to customers
  • Organize and participate in meetings, events and roadshows for product presentations
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term client relationships
  • Work closely with our internal team for support, pricing, and product development feedback
  • Report on a weekly basis back to us: on customer visits, potential new opportunities (qualification and quantification), addressing customer requests and overall daily routines
  • Work based on KPI metrics: revenue, volumes and new opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Proven previous sales experience in the HVACR, Commercial Refrigeration components industry, and also, secondarily, in water valves and gas and cooking systems companies
  • Strong technical knowledge of relevant components and systems
  • A solid network of contacts in Distribution / Aftermarket channels and OEMs
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
  • Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and comfortable working on a commission‑based compensation model
  • Ability to manage and grow a territory independently
Experience, Skills, and Education
  • Languages: English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics
  • At least five years of experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products, particularly Excel and Power Point
Location & Compensation

Location: Remote
Compensation: Commission-Based & Kick-off Support for 12 first months
