Position: Commis Runner

Location: The Nikki Beach Cocktail Club, Porto Cervo

Season: June 15th – September 10th (shorter contracts available)

Opening Hours: 18:00 – 01:00

Contract: Italian CCNL Industria Turistica, D1 level

Benefits: Shared accommodation and transportation to work provided

About The Experience

Born on the harbor of Porto Cervo, the Nikki Beach Cocktail Club is a refined yet laid‑back destination where guests come to enjoy sunset drinks and beautifully crafted cocktails. As the evening begins, the bar comes to life with an intimate coastal atmosphere, warm lighting, and a mixology program built around quality, creativity, and attention to detail.

About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and reliable Commis Runner to support our Cocktail Waiters and floor team. You will be essential in keeping the venue running smoothly, supporting service, assisting with set‑up and closing, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the back‑of‑house operations run seamlessly.

This role is perfect for someone eager to gain experience in a fast‑paced, high‑end environment and to develop a deep understanding of premium hospitality operations.

Prerequisites
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment
  • Team player with a flexible, proactive approach
  • Previous experience in hospitality is a plus but not required
  • Must have the right to work in Italy full‑time (we do not sponsor visas)
