As a Nike Direct Athlete, you will provide world-class service to consumers based on four service principles:

KNOW : Build authentic connections with consumers by understanding their needs and guiding their journey.

• Responsibilities:
• Be passionate about Nike products and services.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and eagerness to learn all store Athlete roles, including Service, Visual Presentation, and Stockroom.
• Deliver excellent service and attention to all consumers.
• Assist in executing daily retail operations to ensure premium service and smooth store functioning.
• Develop positive relationships with consumers and teammates.
• Participate in store events and support the store community.
• Work flexible hours to meet business needs.
• Maintain knowledge of store departments and perform tasks such as operating cash registers, shipping, receiving, stocking, cleaning, and building visual displays when needed.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED (or pursuing).
• Ability to perform basic math functions.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
• Physical ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
