Your Opportunity

As Retail Merchandising Planner EMEA you will support the planning & OTB process liaising with Global functions and regional teams in the achievement of sales targets for both full price and outlet channel.

Your Contribution
  • Support sales planning and OTB calculation process, both for Full price and Outlet channels;
  • Support the Supply chain & Distribution Planning department to define sales projections/stock needs by SKU and region;
  • Support in monitoring performance and total inventory level, which requires a strong internal partnership with buyers and allocators to ensure achievement of sales and sell-thru targets;
  • Work closely to Retail Merchandising team during the buying campaign to ensure alignment between sales plan and collection potential: stock need by category, SKU target to define master order, monitoring orders against OTB by category/market, other ad hoc analysis;
  • In-season monitoring of the performance, sales plan achievement and stock level at a WW and regional level;
  • Support projects on planning tools and planning process improvement.
Your Skills
  • Must have at least 3+ years of experience in a similar role;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Proficiency in Excel, Board user is a plus;
  • Interest in the luxury/fashion industry.
