Overview

Residential Sales Specialist based in Milan Showroom. The role involves actively developing markets by building new sales leads, engaging with interior designers and trade, and guiding clients through the full sales process.

Responsibilities
  • Developing new sales leads with all clients through targeted phone calls, emails and in person visits
  • Outreaching to interior designers and trade to make product presentations and develop new business and efficiently manage design details
  • Assisting all clients through the whole sales process: product selection, design advice, quotes preparations, sales close
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the luxury furniture or similar industry
  • Great business acumen and ability to develop relationships at all organizational levels
  • Experience and a sensibility to work effectively within a multicultural environment
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills. High-level proficiency with computers and new technology, Office, Adobe, Autocad
  • 50 % time spent outside the showroom to visit existing and prospect clients
  • University degree. Interior design and Architecture degree are preferred
  • Must speak fluent Italian-native-level required, English fluency. Additional language skills, relevant to the region are a plus
