Your role as Head of Reporting

The Head of Reporting is responsible for the strategic and operational oversight of the wealth reporting processes, ensuring data quality, integrity, and consistency for both institutional and private clients. The role coordinates the development of standard templates, optimizes the use of the Addepar platform, and leads analyst and tech teams in creating structured reporting and data‑management systems. This person acts as a key interface between Family Officers across multiple jurisdictions, and technology teams, balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders in an international environment.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Develop and standardize reports for various Multi‑Family Offices (France, UK, Italy), creating a unified template that can later be customized for local needs
  • Continuously update reporting by integrating new features and tools released by Addepar
  • Perform high‑level qualitative checks on reports, verify performance consistency, analyze deltas, and provide insights and alerts to Family Officers
  • Leverage Addepar’s capabilities by designing new attributes, formulas, and representation logics (no programming required)
  • Coordinate with the Tech Team on the creation of proprietary data feeds (SFTP integration between banks and Addepar), providing functional and financial guidance
  • Build control dashboards to monitor errors and anomalies in online banking data flows
  • Support onboarding of new teams and clients, coordinating analysts to ensure accurate and timely integration of wealth data
  • Act as a point of contact for key internal stakeholders for all reporting‑related topics, proactively collecting feedback and prioritizing enhancements
  • Ensure effective coordination of the reporting team’s workload, setting clear priorities and timelines in line with business needs

Key requirements:

  • Outstanding academic background with a master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or related disciplines
  • 5–10 years’ experience in similar roles
  • In‑depth knowledge of financial instruments (derivatives, options, structured products) and their applications, preferably supported by a financial academic background
  • Experience in wealth‑consolidation software. Having previous experience with Addepar system is a plus
  • Experience in producing and managing reporting for institutional and private clients
  • Strong understanding of data‑integrity principles and data‑quality controls
  • Preferably, experience with reputable partners known for delivering customized reporting, middle‑office services and advanced data management solutions for UHNWI clients; Asset Management, Wealth Management, Family Office
  • Tech‑savvy with a strong interest in exploring new technologies
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders (Family Officers, management, banks, and tech providers) and align diverse interests around shared reporting standards
  • Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a dynamic environment
  • Leadership experience in coordinating and mentoring analyst teams, fostering a culture of ownership, precision, and continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex financial and technical topics into clear, actionable messages for non‑technical stakeholders
  • Structured, detail‑oriented mindset combined with a pragmatic, solution‑driven approach
  • High level of autonomy, accountability, and resilience when dealing with ambiguity and evolving requirements
