A healthcare organization is seeking a Registered Nurse Resident responsible for participating in a nurse residency cohort, providing direct patient care, and learning to coordinate home care services. Competitive compensation includes a salary range of $72,415.71 to $83,992.40 annually, along with a $15,000 sign-on bonus. Candidates must hold a valid nursing license and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
Registered Nurse Resident (RNR) is a novice nurse that participates in a nurse residency cohort. The RNR is responsible for learning how to provide direct patient care, coordination of overall home care services and documentation of care for agency clients in accordance with Quality Standards and under the guidance of a Clinical Supervisor.
After the successful completion of 6 months in the residency program, you will be required to work one weekend a month. At the end of the 12-month residency program the novice nurse will be a competent nurse in home care and advance to the position of Registered Nurse Case Manager.
