Regional Supply Chain Project Manager EMEA

Through our DRiV, Performance Solutions, Clean Air and Powertrain business groups, Tenneco is driving advancements in global mobility by delivering technology solutions for light vehicle, commercial truck, offhighway, industrial, motorsport and the aftermarket.

  • Drive cross‑functional project execution across our global supply chain, supporting transformation efforts across 40+ manufacturing plants.
  • Deploy and govern large‑scale, enterprise‑wide projects that shape how data, process, and performance come together.
  • Be a key participant in constructing and implementing end‑to‑end solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Proactively identify, monitor and resolve material emerging risks in EMEA custody operations.
  • Engage Business Risk Management within the region and globally to address systemic risk themes at root.
  • Oversee second‑line support functions and ensure alignment with company standards.
  • At least one industry‑related technical certification required (ITIL and CISSP certifications desired).
  • Experience in implementing methodologies to reduce escalations and drive a proactive self‑service culture.
