The successful candidate will develop sales strategies, achieve sales targets and grow the client base, while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Fluency in Italian and experience in B2B sales are essential. This position offers a transparent motivation system, opportunities for professional development, and partial remote work arrangements.

We are now expanding and looking for a Regional Sales Manager based in Italy, specifically in the Tuscany or Emilia‑Romagna regions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies within the assigned region.
• Achieve sales targets and grow the client base.
• Identify and onboard new clients and distributors.
• Ensure timely payments and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Conduct client meetings and negotiations.
• Participate in professional exhibitions and trade shows.
• Monitor the beauty market and visit retail locations to analyze brand presence and competition.

Requirements

• Residence in Tuscany or Emilia‑Romagna.
• Fluency in Italian (B2 level or higher).
• Fluent in Ukrainian or Russian.
• Proven experience in active sales (preferably B2B).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident use of MS Office tools.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a car.
• Self‑motivated, result‑oriented, and well‑organized.
