Overview
Regional Sales Manager – you will lead strategic sales initiatives across key European markets. You will be responsible for crafting and executing a successful sales strategy, managing a high‑performing team, and fostering strong relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of the sales strategy across your region, ensuring profitable growth and market share expansion.
- Manage and coach a regional sales team, setting clear targets and supporting their development.
- Develop new business opportunities and drive the adoption of new products and solutions.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high‑quality service and support.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, legal, and customer service teams to manage contracts and align strategic initiatives.
- Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting using Salesforce and other internal tools.
- Regularly travel to customer and project sites to build strong and fruitful customer relationships directly or for team support.
- Intensely support forecasting activities, ensuring timely and accurate communication with production and finance.
- Represent Lincoln Electric at industry events, seminars, and customer visits.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Economics and / or Engineering
- Several years of experience in sales in the industrial or automation sectors
- Proven experience in team leadership and cross‑cultural collaboration
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to coordinate between different departments
- Fluent in English and at least one additional European language
- Willingness to travel regularly across the region EMEA (50%), especially in Italy, Germany, Poland, Romania and Spain
