A global safety solutions provider is seeking a Regional Sales Manager in Milan, Italy. Autronica is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow the company’s Fire and Security solutions across Europe and Southern Europe in particular. This role combines strategic vision with a hands‑on approach to business development. You will engage directly with clients, EPCs, system integrators, MEP, and other industrial contractors, driving project wins and expanding Autronica’s presence in the region and globally. The role covers FPSO, LNG, Clean Energy, and conventional energy projects, as well as emerging markets such as Renewables. Reporting to the Regional Leader, you will work closely with global teams to ensure strategic alignment, sustainable growth, market leadership and ensure Autronica’s solutions continue to protect assets, people, and operations across the energy sector. Preferred location for the role is Milan, Italy.
