Un'organizzazione non profit cerca un esperto in gestione delle risorse umane a Roma. La figura sarà responsabile del processo di selezione, dalla definizione dei profili alla selezione finale, collaborando attivamente con diverse istituzioni. Richiesta laurea in Scienze Umane ed esperienza nel reclutamento, oltre a ottime capacità interpersonali e conoscenza dell'inglese. I candidati devono fornire una lettera motivazionale e un CV dettagliato in italiano e inglese.

Competenze

• Almeno 2 anni di esperienza nel reclutamento.
• Disponibilità a viaggiare.
• Preferibile esperienza in strutture non profit.

It listens to children and adolescents every day and offers concrete answers to their requests for help, through collaboration with institutions, associations and other territorial realities. **THE POSITION**The Human Resources and Organization Unit, in accordance with the policies and directives of the Presidency, works in order to obtain the maximum contribution from employees in order to achieve the Association's objectives. For this reason, it seeks the consensus of all the components of the Association, fostering the satisfaction of employees, a positive social climate and a style of participatory management, aimed at the professional growth of people, and therefore of the Organizational System.
