Una società di gestione attivi è alla ricerca di un Real Estate Asset Manager da inserire nel proprio team. In questa posizione, coordinerai i fornitori esterni e gestirai la strategia di vendita di beni immobili. È richiesta una buona conoscenza dell'inglese e un forte background in contabilità o nel settore immobiliare. Offriamo un contratto permanente, orario full-time, con modalità di lavoro ibrida (2 giorni alla settimana).

What you’ll do

The Real Estate Asset Manager, working within the real estate team specialized in repossessed properties (REOCOs), will be involved in the following activities:

Main responsibilities:

• Recommend and proactively coordinate external providers;
• Oversee the performance of external brokers in the disposal strategy of multiple real estate assets simultaneously;
• Perform presentations to our PE clients on the status of investments and progress of the chosen strategy; participate in the preparation of the real estate business plans and quarterly reporting documents for separate assets;
• Review external appraisal reports and provide qualitative and quantitative analysis on their contents;
• Update and prepare mark to market models and capital commitment schedules;
• Understand various real estate related documentation and prepare Excel models;
• Analyze potential acquisitions on behalf of real estate assets;
• Review and update monthly operating budgets;
• Prepare and update internal models and memos.

What you’ll bring:

• Competent English written and spoken English needed for everyday use;
• Strong educational background, accounting or real estate working experience;
• Proficient in Excel and Power Point;
• Exposure to financial modelling and discounted cash flow analysis;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential;
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously;
• Well-developed quantitative and analytical skills;
• Strong organizational and time management skills;
• Understanding of real estate valuation concepts highly desirable.
