A leading logistics company in Milan is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to implement audit programs and ensure compliance with quality standards. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience in quality or continuous improvement roles and be fluent in English and Italian. Competenze

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Quality or Continuous Improvement roles.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification(s) preferred.
  • Prior experience in a plant or quality supervisory role.
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
  • Ability to work in challenging environments.
  • Understanding of supply chain practices and metrics.
  • Knowledge of quality control program implementation.
  • Organizational and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement the Quality Audit program at CHEP-owned and subcontracted plants, aligning with the quality team's objectives.
  • Develop and deliver Quality and Compliance Training materials to operations personnel, fostering adherence to quality standards.
  • Act as a customer facing representative of CHEP in all quality matters, leading resolution of issues through the root cause corrective action process.
  • Establish and enforce compliance with Quality Best Practices, Standard Procedures, and materials at regional CHEP and 3PL Service Centers.
  • Conduct unannounced compliance audits of Service Centers, covering both product and process aspects.
  • Support product and process strategies and rollouts to enhance quality standards across operations.
  • Assist in product and service failure investigations at CHEP operations, driving resolution and providing coaching where needed.
  • Investigate and document field intelligence, focusing on metrics such as AQL, QMS compliance, and damage ratios.

Please Read Before Applying: Valid Driver license, regular travels around Italy. Submit your CV in English. Location is Milan, but open to candidates living in the North. This is a 18-month temporary contract.

Promote a quality-driven culture by supporting the quality management system through product and process audits. Act as a key customer liaison, providing timely support and resolution for quality-related issues.
