Our Milan office in Italy (Europe & Africa Region) is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Coordinator (Vendor Inspection) / QC Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Handle client requests for quality assurance, quality control inspectors, engineering, and technical project support personnel.
• Liaise with clients on proposals, interviews, selection, and placement of candidates.
• Issue successful candidates with assignment details and responsibilities.
• Source and prepare candidates to match client requirements.
• Liaise with assigned Fulkrum candidates in matters relating to contractual terms and conditions, allocation of task-related technical documents, receiving, screening and submitting site reports to clients.
• Manage Fulkrum / candidate relations through regular 'care calls'.
• Be commercially aware of negotiating placements with candidates and clients.
• Identify and drive new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
• Ensure adherence to Client SLAs and Fulkrum Key Performance Indicators.
