Overview

A leading company in the luxury cosmetics sector, headquartered in Barcelona and present across several European countries, is seeking an Itinerant Promoter to support promotional activities and elevate brand presence in B2B environments. This role offers hands-on experience in the luxury beauty industry, combining product demonstration, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell skin care products and deliver excellent customer service across the different points of sales visited.
  • Attract and engage new customers through appointments management and in-cabin facial services.
  • Provide personalized product recommendations, both in skincare and fragrances.
  • Conduct personalized skin diagnostics for customers.
  • Achieve the sale objectives set for each week or promotional activity.
  • Organize and manage promotional campaigns and agendas with B2B clients.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and engage customers through beauty treatments.
  • Act as a cross-functional link between departments to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Functional Skills
  • Full availability to travel – approximately 90% of the time across Veneto, Emilia Romagna, Lombardia, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Trentino.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver effective promotional sessions.
  • Experience in product demonstration and performing in-cabin treatments.
Interpersonal Skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong team player with collaborative mindset.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales training and product promotion within the luxury cosmetics industry.
  • Beauty therapist certification is a plus.
