Project Manager (m/f/d) – EPC and Revamping Projects
Location: Milano – Full-time
Responsibilities
- Coordinate a team.
- Monitor on-site quality and ensure alignment with project scope, time, and budget stipulated in the contracts.
- Pay particular attention to occupational safety, environmental protection, and social responsibility issues.
- Act as the point of contact for partners, customers, and service providers, reliably bringing projects online.
Additional Responsibilities
- Lead EPC and revamping projects for solar or battery systems, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to a high standard of quality.
- Conduct on-site feasibility assessments.
- Monitor project progress and verify work against quality and contractual requirements, identifying deviations.
- Coordinate all phases of on-site acceptance, commissioning, and performance testing.
- Manage key project resources, including the engineering team, on-site quality managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Maintain the highest HSQE standards.
- Support the preparation of tender information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (e.g., civil engineering, industrial engineering, or related field) or equivalent qualification.
- At least 5 years of experience in project or construction management.
- Advanced knowledge and application of project management methods, processes, and tools.
- Experience in EPC projects and revamping solar or battery systems.
- Good knowledge of finance and ability to work with limited supervision in processing financial information.
- Good contract management skills.
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially MS Project.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.

- Availability to travel.
