My consultancy client are seeking an experienced Fintech specialist Project Manager to join their team based in Brescia, Italy. Working on a hybrid basis, you would be required to attend the office a minimum of 2 days per week.

The role:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact both internally and for the client in the end-to-end management of projects.
  • Analyzing, documenting, and validating client requirements and transforming them into functional specifications for product development.
  • Defining and monitoring project timelines and progress methods in collaboration with the designated Technical Leader.
  • Actively managing the definition and formalization of use cases and test scenarios and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)/Business Testing.
  • Contributing to the drafting of proposals, feasibility studies, and the development of new business opportunities.

Candidates must have the following skills / experience to be considered for the role:

  • At least 5 years of previous experience in a similar role, in the fintech sector.
  • Strong knowledge of key banking and financial industry processes.
  • Proven experience in team management, project planning, and activity monitoring.
