A leading company in project management is seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial packaging and technical transfer projects in Italy. The role includes project planning, team coordination, and effective communication with stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years in the pharmaceutical sector, 2 years in project management, and proficiency in both English and Italian. The Project Manager is responsible for supporting and managing projects related to Commercial packaging projects in addition to supporting manufacturing and packaging Development and Technical Transfer projects in Italy. This includes effective project planning and monitoring, strategic alignment, multidisciplinary internal/external team coordination, process facilitation and communication both internally and externally. The position will require Project Management of multiple technical transfer projects and potentially ANDA/NDA development projects. This will involve working with the R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Technical Service management and team members to develop appropriate project management systems for an organization undergoing considerable growth. The Project Manager must be able to effectively communicate with internal and external customers, develop project plans (timelines) and ensure the plan is executed on time, complete agendas, meeting minutes and risk registers. The position will require building positive working relationships that span all levels and functions of the organization and will report to the Vice President of Project Management.
