About the Role

We’re seeking an Engineer (discipline open — Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil) based in Italy, ideally near Milan, with the flexibility to travel to project sites nationally, including ongoing work near Milan and upcoming developments in Cerignola (South Italy).

This position suits a motivated engineering professional with 3–6 years’ experience and strong BESS project exposure, eager to work across design, construction, and commissioning phases within a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate the engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning of utility‑scale BESS projects.
• Provide technical input on design, installation, and system integration.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and performance standards.
• Assist in project planning, progress tracking, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with TSOs, grid operators, and engineering consultants for grid connection and compliance activities.

What You Bring

• Engineering degree (Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil).
• 3–6 years’ experience in the renewable energy sector, ideally with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) exposure.
• Practical, solution‑oriented mindset with strong technical and coordination skills.
• Fluent English and Italian, written and spoken.
• EU work eligibility and willingness to travel to project sites across Italy.
