A global construction company in Milan is seeking a Project Capacity Planning Expert for its Global Supply Chain team. The role involves supporting digital supply chain projects and coordinating the implementation of a new digital procurement platform. Qualified candidates should possess a degree in Economics or Management Engineering, have 3-5 years of relevant experience, solid expertise in Project Management, and be fluent in English.

Webuild is looking for a Project Capacity Planning Expert to include in its Global Supply Chain function, in its Milan office.

Responsibilities

The resource must have Project Management, PMO, IT Demand Management and Process Design skills. He/she will be responsible for supporting the Project Capacity Planning team in assessing, validating and adopting Digital Supply Chain projects.

• Coordinating the design and implementation of a new digital procurement platform, on a global scale
• Managing IT platforms of the Supply Chain (ex. SAP, I-Certis, …), providing first-level training and support to users

Qualifications / Requirements

• Degree in Economics and/or Management Engineering;
• 3-5 years of professional experience in leading consulting firms, on digitalization projects in the Procurement and Supply chain field;
• Solid expertise in Project Management, PMO, IT Demand Management and Process Design;
• Solid knowledge of the Supply Chain and Procurement process;
• Knowledge and management of the main IT platforms in the supply chain;
• Excellent command of the Office package (Excel, PPT, Word); knowledge of SAP and Icertis is preferred;
• Fluent English
