We are looking for a Media Product Consultant to be employed in our Milan office, inside the Unit Media Product & Innovation.

To strengthen the team, which is currently involved in a strategic expansion to accelerate the digital growth of dentsu clients, we seek a person who combines platform expertise with strategic thinking in digital and programmatic environments. The ideal candidate should be able to integrate into a dedicated team to offer flexible and high-performance product solutions.

This role offers the opportunity to focus on the development of new media, data, tech, and creative solutions.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate is familiar with the digital ecosystem and has foundational knowledge of the main platforms (programmatic / biddable).

The role involves contributing to internal product development by bringing ideas and insights for the ongoing evolution of the product. Proactivity is essential for strategically contributing to the creation and dissemination of new media products, enhanced by advanced data and technology use.

You will collaborate with client management teams to understand campaign needs and formulate the best product strategies. Responsibilities include proposal creation, activity execution, campaign monitoring and optimization, reporting, insights, and troubleshooting with stakeholders.

A passion for innovation and curiosity about new solutions are fundamental, as is a commitment to continuous learning through training on adtech solutions.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:
  • Experience with online marketing and advertising solutions;
  • Knowledge of the Programmatic Buying ecosystem, even from the supply side;
  • Great team player, able to meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing excellent customer service;
