A luxury fashion brand in Italy is seeking a Supply Chain Planner. You will manage production planning for replenishment products and collaborate with departments such as Development, Production, and Purchasing. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of experience in Supply Chain, a degree in economics or engineering, and strong analytical skills. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of French is a plus. This role involves travel to suppliers and company headquarters in Paris.

Job Responsibilities

MISSION

Manage the production planning for replenishment products.

RELATIONSHIPS AND STRUCTURE

Reports to the Planning Manager. Relationships with departments of Development, Production, Quality, Purchasing, Industrialization and Production.

ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Is the reference planner for all permanent products, both for Celine Production and for the Paris Supply Chain. He receives Replenishment forecasts and priorities from Paris (continuous / permanent products), collaborating with the procurement department for material procurement and returning a follow-up to the Supply Chain in Paris on a weekly basis.

It is also responsible for carrying out daily checks on the IT planning system to ensure the correctness of the plan and the weekly launches in production for all subcontractors.

He also follows, as a short-term planner, the production progress of some vendors.

Profile

The ideal candidate has: minimum of 4 years experience in Supply Chain, degree in economics/engineering, strong analytical skills, excellent knowledge of computer systems, predisposition to teamwork and problem solving, advanced knowledge of the English language, availability to travel to finished product suppliers and Celine headquarters in Paris is required. Knowledge of the French language and TXT Plan software is a plus.
