Offerta

You will be responsible of the following tasks:

• Manage production operations and coordinate with the maintenance and quality departments
• Monitor production activity (production dashboards, incident reports, quality, etc.)
• Contribute to the development and optimization of production processes
• Centralise and resolve all incidents (anomalies, information collection and causes of observed malfunctions) * Define and implement the necessary corrections (waste, compliance, etc.)
• Provide training to teams on technical advances, skills transfer, as well as quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Define training needs to enable skills development for the entire team.
• Manage, evaluate, and manage production personnel (information, setting objectives, organising activities, technical assistance, safety)
• Raise team awareness of the requirements of ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000

Competenze ed esperienza

With a higher education background, you have at least 10 years of experience in flat extrusion, particularly in thermoformed sheet processing. You have managed multidisciplinary teams and have successfully developed the skills of industrial teams.
