Senior Product Marketing Manager

who owns the integrated marketing plan with budget responsibility, drive demand generation and market awareness for HCLSoftware’s orchestration-led portfolio, leading cross-functional teams to generate pipeline and accelerate adoption—especially for Automation Orchestration (HWA, UnO).

Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Positioning & Messaging: Define and maintain clear, differentiated messaging across Automation (HWA, UnO), DevOps (Loop platform and related offerings), and Mainframe—anchored on orchestration as the enterprise control layer.
  • Automation Orchestration Priority: Lead value propositions and competitive positioning for HCL’s Automation Orchestration strategy, positioning UnO and HWA as the foundation for process, hybrid, and agentic orchestration.
  • Demand Generation & Digital Campaigns: Drive comprehensive, multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to build market awareness and generate high-quality leads—supporting both on-prem and SaaS offerings, with measurable pipeline impact.
  • Analyst Recognition & Market Proof: Amplify analyst recognitions, reports, and market validations through campaigns, sales assets, and partner communications to reinforce credibility and accelerate buyer confidence.
  • Sales, Partner & Geo Collaboration: Partner closely with Geo marketing and sales teams to design and execute regional lead-generation initiatives, events, webinars, partner campaigns, and account-based motions aligned to local priorities.
  • Sales & Partner Enablement: Develop compelling enablement assets (core decks, solution briefs, use-case narratives, competitive positioning) that help sales teams and partners convert demand into qualified opportunities.
  • Customer Value Storytelling: Build and scale customer success stories, references, and ROI narratives that demonstrate how orchestration connects automation, DevOps, and mainframe workloads into tangible business outcomes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • A senior product marketing leader with strong experience in enterprise automation, orchestration software, capable of translating complex technologies into clear, outcome-driven messaging and, with a proven ability to partner with Geo teams and sales to generate pipeline and accelerate SaaS adoption.
  • A confident communicator and structured team manager, able to balance creativity with execution discipline in competitive, fast-moving markets.

  • Software Product Marketing: Ability to define clear positioning and messaging for complex enterprise software portfolios.
  • Demand Generation: Experience driving digital and field campaigns that generate qualified leads and pipeline, including SaaS.
  • Sales & Geo Collaboration: Proven ability to work closely with sales, Geo marketing, and partners to support regional initiatives.
  • Market Proof & Storytelling : Skill in using analyst recognition and customer success stories to build credibility and support sales.
