Already present in 3 continents, more than 15 countries, and with thousands of vehicles in our platform, we are looking for an astute Procurement Specialist to oversee purchasing activities to develop our IoT devices with an ARM-based always-on connection, and ensure that purchased items are both cost-efficient and of high quality.

Core responsibilities

With a strong team spirit in a rapidly growing environment, you will be involved in the development of the IoT designed by 2hire, and your responsibilities will include supervising staff, maintaining positive supplier relations, evaluating supply options, approving purchases, and maintaining accurate records.

In this role you will

• Coordinating people and activities involved in the procurement processes;
• Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies;
• Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records;
• Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.;
• Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts;
• Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers;
• Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports;
• Stay up to date on industry trends and new products;
• Compare available goods with industry trends to determine appropriate pricing.
