Job Overview

The C&P Method Officer is responsible for ensuring the efficiency and compliance of procurement and supply chain processes through performance monitoring, reporting, and supplier management. Key activities include:

Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Performance & reporting: Monitor KPIs and supply chain objectives, analyze trends, and recommend corrective actions. Define and implement reporting processes, ensure compliance with internal controls, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Process optimization: Develop local indicators to enhance global performance, review policies and procedures, and implement improvements in integrated business systems (e.g., SAP). Ensure follow‑up on audits and action plans.
  • Supplier management: Coordinate supplier qualification and evaluation processes, maintain records, and monitor performance. Support implementation of common vendor lists aligned with compliance, HSE, and quality standards. Liaise with internal stakeholders for technical, financial, and legal assessments.
  • Compliance & governance: Execute SOX controls, participate in audits, and ensure adherence to company policies, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Tools & training: Act as Lead User for SAP MM and E‑sourcing platforms, providing training and supporting deployment of templates and processes.
  • Master’s Degree.
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of SAP R/3 ERP system, particularly Materials Management (MM) and Reporting (BW) modules, as well as other C&P tools (E‑sourcing, Agora, etc.).
  • Minimum of 6 months’ experience as a Business Analyst in C&P specialties (contracts and purchasing).
  • Excellent proficiency in computer applications and general software: MS Office (with advanced Excel functionalities including database management, spreadsheets, statistical applications), logistics software packages, email, and internet tools.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong analytical, synthesis, and reporting skills; highly organized and self‑directed.
  • Project management capabilities, combined with solid arithmetic and statistical skills.
  • Skilled in communicating findings, providing recommendations, and facilitating organizational change.
  • Comfortable collaborating with all organizational levels.
