The role involves providing accurate financial reports, leading budgeting processes, and ensuring compliance with internal controls. Candidates should have a Master’s or Bachelor’s in Finance or a related field, along with fluency in Italian and English. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for this role, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP ERP.

Competenze

• At least 1-3 years of experience in Controlling or accounting in manufacturing.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Mansioni

• Provide accurate reporting on production costs and variances.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes at the plant level.
• Monitor plant costs, margins, and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
