Planner & Performance Analyst – Life Science Manufacturing – Europe

We are seeking a Planner & Performance Analyst to join a new client’s first site in Europe, a technical contract production site manufacturing vaccines, working with a long‑present vendor. The team includes 21 FTE (direct and indirect).

Key assignment:

  • Build the reporting structure to manage the contract and vendors against KPIs.
  • Optimize work order processes for team efficiency.
  • Secure an open and transparent relationship with the client and vendors.
Responsibilities
  • Performance reporting of the site operations.
  • Administration of the CMMS, facility service request (FSR) system and related activities planning and scheduling.
  • Record maintenance for system users, companies, properties, assets, work order scheduling, system/data integrity, activities planning and auditing.
  • Production of monthly, quarterly, annual and ad‑hoc account reporting (work order activity, scheduled maintenance, service level compliance, labor reporting, project reporting, incident reporting and training). Drive the team to meet KPIs.
  • Analyze the performance of the site team and suggest improvements.
  • Single point of contact for all CMS questions and requirements.
  • Manage the work order process and systems and associated data platform.
  • Explore options to satisfy new business needs within the capabilities of existing systems; configure, document and deploy solutions.
  • Responsible for system and user process documentation; develop new documentation as required and update existing documentation. Train new and existing users on all functionalities.
  • Assist the site team in planning and scheduling of regular activities, as well as shutdowns.
  • Develop and deploy inspection forms supporting the building engineering team.
Requirements – Essential
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience managing CMMS & work order applications, performance management, planning and scheduling, data and analytics.
  • Demonstrated process orientation and data‑driven skill sets.
  • Ability to translate data analysis into actionable activities.
  • Above‑average aptitude for technology and systems, highly proficient in MS Office.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Superior customer service skills and orientation. Flexibility in approach towards different stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision and under time constraints.
  • Strong organizational skills and collaborative style.
Requirements – Desirable
  • Degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in the Life Science industry.
  • Experience with the specific client (as supplier or former employee) and/or JLL.

Note: The position reports to the Site Technical FM and is rated at P1.
