This role requires a dynamic candidate with 8-10 years of experience in the Pilates industry to lead sales strategies and build a network of Pilates instructors. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales track record and strong analytical and negotiation skills. They will drive sales of Pilates equipment, support product launches, and engage with the Pilates community. Competitive compensation and travel opportunities are included.

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the Pilates industry.
• Proven track record in sales within the Pilates industry.
• Experience in B2B and B2C sales with a consultative approach.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of coordinating teams.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
