YOUR MISSION
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns in close collaboration with product managers – from objectives and targeting to content and execution.
  • Drive performance advertising (SEA, display, paid social, SEO) and align organic and paid strategies for maximum impact.
  • Create and optimize emails, land pages and e-commerce content, ensuring high conversion rates and smooth customer journeys.
  • Analyze campaign data and KPIs, provide actionable insights, and continuously optimize ROI.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects with internal teams and external agencies, delivering campaigns on time and on budget.
  • Balance creativity and metrics, ensuring campaigns are both engaging and performance driven.
YOUR PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital/performance marketing, ideally in e-commerce.
  • Hands-on expertise in HubSpot (or similar marketing automation tools), CMS, and e-commerce platforms (Adobe Commerce a plus).
  • Strong skills in SEO/SEA, onsite marketing, content creation, email marketing and campaign management.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Creative, collaborative, detail-oriented, and highly organized – able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savvy, curious, and always eager to learn.
  • Fluent in English – any further language is an advantage.
