The People Development & Total Rewards Manager, based at Somacis HQ in Castelfidardo, reports to the HR Manager.
This role is responsible for designing and leading the company’s people development strategies, performance management processes, and Total Rewards systems, ensuring the growth of skills, competitiveness of compensation, and the promotion of a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
