Cathay is a leading premium travel lifestyle brand based in Hong Kong, offering products and services across four lines of business – Premium Travel, Cargo, Low‑Cost Travel and Lifestyle. The Cathay Group comprises the premium full‑service airline Cathay Pacific, cargo business Cathay Cargo, low‑cost airline HK Express, express all‑cargo carrier Air Hong Kong, and various other subsidiaries.
Reports to: People Manager. You will be part of a dynamic and supportive Human Resources team that works across different geographies to ensure efficient, people‑focused operations. This role supports local operations while also providing support to colleagues in Spain, working in close alignment with regional and global HR practices.
As a People Coordinator, you will coordinate, administer, and ensure compliance of people‑related functions at the local level, supporting consistent and efficient Human Resources operations. The role also acts as a key contact point for employees, helping to foster a positive working environment and strong engagement, while collaborating with Spanish HR colleagues on cross‑country activities.
This role is reserved for candidates qualifying under Italian Law 68/99 on protected categories. Applicants must have the legal right to live and work in Italy and be fluent in Italian, Spanish, and English. This is a 12‑month fixed‑term position.
