Descrizione del lavoro

Depending on the indications received from the Team Leader, he carries out the tasks and activities listed below for which he has been enabled by the appropriate training, in compliance with company and departmental SOPs and current safety regulations.

• Uses and controls the analysis equipment present in the laboratory.
• He deals with the chemical analysis of raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products (on release and in stability) according to the appropriate analytical methods, promptly communicating any anomalies to the direct manager / Team Leader.
• He deals with instrumental tests and the related care and maintenance of equipment according to the related analytical methods, appropriately recording parameters / results obtained (eg raw data, temperature detection, etc.).
• It deals with the preparation of reagents and standard substances, as well as the relative controls according to the provisions of the SOP / methods in use.
• He takes care of the kitting activities for the execution of the department analyzes on the basis of internal planning in accordance with the methods in use.
• He takes care of keeping the materials in good condition for their use in the analytical field, guaranteeing their conservation under the conditions indicated in the corresponding documentation.
• Takes care of the drafting and compilation of laboratory documentation (eg notebooks, registers, etc.).
• Collaborates in the evaluation of the materials to be purchased for the assigned analytical activity and related documentation and, if designated, takes care of the preparation of the corresponding purchase request.
• Takes care of the tools, materials and work environment, promptly communicating any anomalies to the Team Leader
• In compliance with company procedures, it takes care of collecting waste and laboratory waste appropriately.
• Requirements :
• Degree in Chemistry / CTF or equivalent
• Office program
• In-depth knowledge of the most common analytical techniques and required instrumentation (HPLC, FT-IR, UV-VIS, Physical tests etc..)
• Stability and routine tests on APIs, finished products
• Knowledge of company procedures and GMPs
• Knowledge of notions and laboratory computer programs
• Professional experience in analysis laboratory in pahramceutical companies
