A global technology company is seeking a Payroll Analyst in Milan, Italy, to manage payroll for a large employee base. You will handle end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations, deliver tax filings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates have over 3 years in payroll, experience in EMEA, and are proficient in payroll systems like SAP or ADP. This role requires excellent analytical skills and fluency in English, with Italian being advantageous.

Salesforce is currently seeking a Payroll Analyst to join our well‑established EMEA Payroll team and to support our continuous company growth. This individual will be responsible for processing our payroll in Italy, as well as taking part in exciting projects which require cross‑functional collaboration with external and internal partners.
The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience processing payroll for large volumes of employees (ideally 1000+), knowledge of Italian local regulations and rules, and a strong understanding of payroll compliance.
