An international education group is seeking a Part-Time Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to help structure and scale its financial operations and manage fundraising strategies across various projects. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a CFO or similar, strong skills in financial modelling, and a demonstrated ability to lead fundraising efforts. This strategic role involves close collaboration with the Founder & CEO, optimizing financial processes while ensuring compliance with regulations. Excellent English and comfort with multi-country operations are essential.

Competenze

• Proven experience as CFO, Finance Director, Head of Finance or similar in a startup or scale-up.
• Strong skills in financial modelling and forecasting.
• Demonstrated experience in fundraising including equity and grants.
• Ability to translate numbers into strategic recommendations for non-financial stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with distributed operations across multiple countries.
