A leading surgical ophthalmic company is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to grow sales in Italy. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in the healthcare sales, preferably in ophthalmology, and bring expertise in managing tenders and customer relationships. This role requires a degree and excellent communication skills in Italian and English, along with a proactive, results-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in collaborative environments. The position is remote with a focus on customer engagement and product training.

Competenze

  • Preferably educated to degree level - scientific education or commercial background with extensive sales and technical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in the Sales Department of companies operating in the Healthcare field.
  • Operating Theatre experience with Surgeons and Theatre Sisters.
  • Knowledge of business/healthcare/hospital flows and experience in managing tenders.
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite, CRM, and quotation tools management.
  • Full driving licence and a flexible approach to travel.

Mansioni

  • Grow sales and uncover potential through customer engagement.
  • Act as the single point of contact for Customers.
  • Organize and provide demonstrations to Customers.
  • Handle local customer complaints professionally.
  • Attend sales meetings and maintain a network of key opinion leaders.
