A leading aerospace manufacturer in Torino seeks a skilled Mission Operations Engineer. You will define mission scenarios, analyze operations, and develop spacecraft procedures. Ideal candidates possess a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering and a strong background in Matlab and operational concepts. Mission Operations Engineer

We are looking for a Mission Operations Engineer.

Key Duties

• Definition of Mission Scenarios and execution of Operations analysis
• Analysis of nominal and contingency scenarios
• Definition and development of spacecraft operational modes and mode transition
• Development of Mission timelines
• Execution of Failure Detection, Isolation and Recovery analysis
• Development of Spacecraft nominal and off‑nominal procedures
• Support Flight Segment and Ground Segment development and system tests execution

Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications

• Master degree in Aerospace Engineering with specific competences in the following areas
• Good Knowledge of Matlab environment and suite
• Understanding of spacecraft operational concepts
• Understanding of autonomy concepts and FDIR approach
• Availability to support SW team in definition and validation of SW requirements
• Good attitude towards system level analysis, synthesis and problem solving
• Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written)
• Good attitude towards teaming and multi-disciplinary approaches.
