A leading electric motors company is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager for its Creazzo plant. The ideal candidate will lead cost reduction initiatives and improve manufacturing processes using lean methodologies. Responsibilities include managing Operations KPIs, planning yearly Operations profits, and coordinating manufacturing strategies. A Master’s Degree in Engineering is required, along with knowledge of WCM and project management. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Good English proficiency is necessary.

Competenze

• Master’s Degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Experience with WCM methodology and lean manufacturing.
• Basic understanding of finance and investment principles.
• Proficiency with MS Office and effective presentation skills.
• Fluent English communication skills.
