Responsibilities

• Manage your floor comprehensively encompassing one or more of the four key product categories in our stores (makeup, skincare, fragrance, Sephora Collection).
• Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and the Beauty Advisor team.
• Support Managers in daily activities, actively contributing to the development of the store’s commercial and HR strategy.
• Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve results.
• Coordinate commercial and organizational activities (promotions, events, new product launches, CRM campaigns, etc.).
• Manage the stockroom, maintaining optimal stock levels in accordance with replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
• Implement company procedures (regulations and safety procedures) and commercial policies (pricing, promotions, communication) established by central departments.
• Train new hires and guide their growth and development path in collaboration with Managers.
• Interact trustfully and openly with diverse groups of people, building relationships within and beyond the organization and celebrating team successes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder), preferably in dynamic multinational retail environments.
• Knowledge of key commerce KPIs and confidence in budget management, analysis, and daily reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a team, guide them toward objectives, and foster a positive, collaborative team spirit.
• Dynamism, flexibility and resilience.
