The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years in ICT, strong skills in problem-solving, and the ability to manage small projects effectively. Proficiency in English and Italian is required. Competenze

• 2-3 years of experience in a technical ICT environment preferably in a Manufactory based organization.
• Strong enthusiasm for artificial intelligence with a desire to utilize internal tools.

Mansioni

• Provide face-to-face IT support for users.
• Install and de-install hardware.
• Diagnose problems with PCs, laptops, printers, and scanners.
• Manage small projects related to hardware or software installation.
• Install software patches and updates.
