Position Overview

As part of our continued global expansion, we are seeking an independent contractor to serve as an online sales & marketing agent for our flagship product, CosmeRNA.

This role is structured as a non-exclusive service agreement and is responsible for driving referral traffic to our website through social media platforms or other digital channels and facilitate the sales of CosmeRNA.

This is a remote, performance-based sales position focused on online B2C sales generation, offering a high level of autonomy to develop and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns and affiliate promotion strategies. You will leverage your personal networks and content creation skills to build brand awareness, engage customers, and drive conversions through your unique affiliate links.

The position is ideally suited for professionals who possess strong affiliate marketing and content creation skills, actively engage in a wide range of social media activities across various platforms, and have a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead digital marketing initiatives including social media campaigns, blog content, YouTube video production, influencer collaborations, and online community engagement.
  • Produce marketing materials, including visual content, copy, and other digital assets, tailored to the local market.
  • Contribute to sales growth by increasing conversion rate through affiliate links to the online shop.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics (click-through rates, conversion rates, affiliate sales, etc.) on a monthly basis.
  • Ensure compliance with local advertising and consumer protection regulations.
  • Person Specification

  • Experience in digital marketing & sales, content creation, or social media management, preferably in the beauty, pharmaceutical, or clinical aesthetics industry.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and online consumer trends to tailor promotion efforts effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently without daily supervision.
