A leading cruise company is seeking a Food & Beverage Director to oversee all culinary operations onboard. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in F&B management, fluency in English and Italian, and a strong understanding of health standards. This position requires leadership in a multi-outlet environment and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Competenze

  • 5-7 years of experience in Food & Beverage management in multi-outlet environments.
  • Mastery of USPH and HACCP standards.
  • Experience in food cost and budgeting administration.

Mansioni

  • Oversee the entire Food & Beverage operations cycle onboard.
  • Directly manage Food and Beverage outlets for guests and crew.
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation standards like HACCP and USPH.
