A leading fashion retailer seeks a CRM Manager in Bergamo to enhance customer relationships and engagement through effective CRM strategies. Responsibilities include planning CRM campaigns, analyzing KPIs, and managing a loyalty program. Candidates should have a Master’s degree and 2-3 years of experience in CRM or marketing automation, ideally in retail. Proficiency in Klaviyo and strong analytical skills are essential. This role offers a full-time, 4-month contract starting in mid-January.

Competenze

• 2-3 years’ experience in CRM, loyalty, or marketing automation, ideally within retail, fashion, beauty, or luxury.
• Excellent analytical and segmentation skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Strong command of Klaviyo is a strong asset.

Mansioni

• Plan and execute CRM campaigns across channels.
• Analyze and optimize performance through KPIs and A/B tests.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for campaign success.
• Manage and enhance the loyalty program.
