Your mission

We are looking for an Offer Marketing Manager for Medium Voltage Switchgear Components and Medium Voltage Transformers. You will be responsible for managing the products defining the best marketing strategy for the Italian market. A constant cooperation with channel manager, local sales teams, factories and engineering will be required, in addition to frequent exchange with the Global Business Unit in English.

You will join the marketing team in Italy Country Organization as Offer Marketing Manager and will take a deep interest in: understanding Italian customers’ needs, competitors benchmark and price positioning, developing and updating tools to support sales team and customers, actively participating to product trainings and customer visits. You will be working overall with all the company departments to achieve your mission.

What will you do?
  • Be responsible for the performance (financial, engagement, satisfaction) of the products in the portfolio
  • Assess the competitive landscape to create technical benchmarks and define pricing strategies
  • Use data to identify actions to increase the performances of the offer in the Italian market
  • Define and deploy launch plans for the new products, including tailored trainings and presentations to sales teams and customers
  • Work closely with the rest of the marketing (Channels and Offer) to shape the go‑to‑market strategy and supporting common action plans
  • Support local pre‑sales and commercial teams to boost the offer through different channels
  • Provide proposals and develop contents to increase the promotion of the offer through digital communication, documents, software and tools
  • Exchange with the Global Business Unit sustaining and influencing projects and products according with the trends and needs of Italian customers
