NFR Tech Oversight Manager , leading the NFR Tech Oversight team, responsible for second line activities linked to IT and Business Continuity Risks.

What you’ll do The team activities are quite varied – here are some of the main ones :
Manage the NFR Tech Oversight team, discuss and agree upon targets with your direct reports, provide continuous feedback, monitor and assess team performance.
Give support and mentorship to team members.
Coordinate and perform advisory and monitoring activities for IT Risk topics.
Support of local business in the identification and assessment of IT risks, and mitigating measures.
Act as a trusted advisory on IT Risk to the business and support function.
Coordinate and perform IT Risk assessments, IT spot checks and deep dives, as part of second line monitoring.
Contribute to the development, maintenance and roll out the NFR Frameworks, Policies, Minimum Standards and Procedures.
Identify external / internal developments, initiatives, and threats. Translate these proactively into the risk strategy.
Support the Head of NFR in drafting the strategy for the local NFR team
Who we are looking for
You have an academic degree (MSc or PhD).
You have at least 7 years of relevant experience.
You have strong knowledge of IT Governance, IT Security, IT incident management, Architecture and Network items. Certifications are important to demonstrate knowledge.
You understand the complexities of banking activities and have a good understanding of recent regulatory changes and requirements.
Data Analytics skills are a strong plus.
You have people management skills.
You are curious, open to new developments and you know how to master new material quickly. Moreover, you can respond well to your stakeholder’s needs as an expert advisor and can translate complex topics in a manner appropriate for their background and objectives.
You are a team player who will add value within a dynamic environment. You cooperate well and keep interactions friendly and respectful.
You possess an excellent command of English, being able to demonstrate negotiation, presentation and writing skills.
You are able to deal with conflicting interests, complex and unforeseen challenges, as well as to constructively cooperate with your peers in building a sustainable, effective and efficient working environment.
