A leading scientific solutions company is seeking a Project Manager for its mRNA unit in Monza. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and the ability to lead multiple projects. Responsibilities include planning, risk management, and optimizing processes while ensuring compliance with regulations. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant scientific field, excellent communication skills in English, and ideally, PMP certification.

Competenze

• 5 years of previous related experience in the Pharmaceutical industry.
• Advanced English communication skills in writing and speaking.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Mansioni

• Plan and deliver all stages of the program on budget and time.
• Resolve project team issues and drive project completion.
• Hold meetings and maintain focus on client requirements.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Generate key project documentation.
• Demonstrate leadership in project execution.
• Track financial aspects of the project.
• Collaborate with management for new opportunities.
• Optimize production processes.
