About the Role

We are looking for a Middle Full-stack Developer to join our RubyLabs team to help us achieve new heights. This role is ideal for someone passionate about development, not afraid of challenges, who wants to grow, and is always ready to help.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new features, maintain and improve existing ones.
• Collaborate with the team, make quick and logical decisions.
• Ensure high-quality performance of your duties and compliance with the company\'s general rules and regulations.

Qualifications

• Next.js starting with version 14, including deep understanding of caching strategies in Next.js.
• Proficient knowledge of Server Components, API requests, REST API and GraphQL endpoints.
• Experience with TanStack Query / Apollo Client, HeroUI, Zustand, React Hook Form, Tailwind CSS, Docker, testing (Cypress / Playwright).
• Experience with databases (Supabase), Prisma ORM / Drizzle ORM.
• Node.js for the backend (RESTful and GraphQL); Cloudflare experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of key features of the Cursor and active use of its features.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Payload CMS, AI prompting; experience with Mixpanel, Growthbook.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent preferred.

Location

Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply if located within approximately ±4 hours of CET to ensure collaboration during working hours.
